1) Lie Flat (in bed or recliner)

2) Insert the bottle in the GentleDrop sleeve

3) Remove Cap

4) Optional: Look up towards your forehead and pull your lower lid down

5) Squeeze bottle or the bottom edge of GentleDrop to deliver eye drop
